 JUN FAN/JEET KUNE DO GRAPPLING ASSOCIATION 

was Founded By late Master Larry Hartsell.

 SIFU/GURO Hartsell was known as the premier JKD fighter.Having spent many years as a bodyguard and Law Enforcement. He was a warrior and his spirit is alive at our academy.

We Teach a Street effective art specially developed by Sifu/Guro Jon Rister Taking the best from all of his influences , His instructors (listed below) and his life expirience both from competition and street altercations.To formulate what we call Combat JKD where the student is taught the the normal basic JKD/ Jun Jan material and then Making It Real  on a combat near all out sparring level yet safe enough to go to work the next day.

Sifu/Guro Larry B. Hartsell was ahead of his time.

He was not just a JKD grappling expert, but also wrote many books including famous "Entering Trapping to Grappling". Applications of this discipline are especially important for MMA fighters.

These classes are mixed with heavy doses of Muay Thai, as taught By Ajarn Chai Sirisute and Panatukan, Dumog, and Pangamut. We are a member of the Thai Boxing Association of the USA. And The Inosanto Association as well as Texas Director for JKD Grappling Association.

The student will need to bring a water bottle and a towel to practice sessions. Protective equipment will be discussed with instructors.
