WING CHUN
This is a classical Chinese martial art, known mainly for its explosiveness at close quarters and its devastating open hand strikes. It is a system very adept at combat, but with a strong internal property as well. It was made famous by Bruce Lee, especially in the years following his death.
This art is promoted world-wide by Magulang na guro Daniel inosanto. We follow the pure Futshan version taught to master Francis Fong by Master Jui Wan in Hong Kong. In late 60s Sifu Fong moved to USA after his Sifu Jui Wans death in 1974.
This system is exelent not only for women, but men as well.
As it was founded by a woman in 1748 Ng Mui, who taught the art to Yim Wing Chun, where the art acquired the name. This class is taught twice per week.
