JUN FAN / JKD/ MUAY THAI

We are proud to be members of the Jun Fan JKD grappling association founded By late Master Larry Hartsell. Master Hartsell was known as the premier JKD fighter.

He was not just a JKD grappling expert, but also he wrote many books including  famous "Entering Trapping to Grappling". Applications of this discipline are especially important for MMA fighters.

These classes are mixed with heavy doses of Muay Thai as taught By Ajarn Chai Sirisute. We are a member of the Thai Boxing Association of the USA.

The student will need to bring a water bottle and a towel to practice sessions. Protective equipment will be discussed with instructors.
